Our team consists of experienced hockey professionals with backgrounds in playing, coaching, scouting, and working within various hockey organizations. Each member of our team plays a specific role in supporting player development.
Our scouts closely follow practices and games, evaluate players’ strengths and areas for improvement, and provide detailed analysis that helps build a complete understanding of each player’s potential and next steps in development.
Our players are selected in the NHL Draft every year, including first-round draft picks in recent years. Many of our young players have progressed quickly toward the professional level and now train and compete in top leagues both in Finland and internationally.
We place a strong emphasis on the development of younger players through additional training, summer camps, and detailed tactical and game-focused coaching. Our work focuses on areas such as skating, shooting, puck handling, and overall hockey IQ with a structured and goal-oriented approach. A deep hockey background unites our entire team, giving us a strong understanding of what players need to develop and reach the next level.
